Importance of Seasonal Maintenance Towards the End of Summer

It has been a hot summer this year. Here at Indoor Airman, we have been busy helping folks all over our beautiful valley. We want to remind all of our valued customers to check your filters on your heating and cooling systems. If you haven’t yet signed up for yearly maintenance on your Hvac system, please give our office a call to get on the schedule. Yearly maintenance protects your system and protects your equipment’s warranty.

As a reminder, Indoor Airman offers many services to help keep your home energy efficient and healthy. The Energy trust of Oregon offers incentives for some of those projects to make it more affordable.

·       Insulation for your attic, understructure and walls.

·       Air seal attics, understructures and other areas that could be leaky.

·       Duct sealing.

·       Adding ventilation if needed.

·       Exclude pests from entering your crawl space by adding heavy duty screen to the vents and secure other areas of possible entry.
